tomato season in the yarden, at last!

This morning was the first that I’ve been able to harvest 3 kinds of tomatoes-Green Zebra, Stupice, and Juliet. Granted, this is a cry FAR from the original 8 varieties that I planted. I complain not. I’m grateful for all harvest!
Here’s an idea~
Chunk tomatoes. Chunk buffalo mozerella cheese. Add whole oregano or cut shiso. Combine ingredients. Drizzle high quality extra virgin olive oil over all. Salt, pepper, yummy bread or pasta. Lunch!
