Sorrel

It’s such a beautiful herb. Easy to grow. Tangy, tasty. Elm Yarden abounds with it. It is sorrel. Finely chopped and added to your salad makes perfect spring fare. Try these recipes on this blog and let me know how it turns out.

A warning before you get addicted: limit your intake of the cooked stuff. I heard that it can do a number on your kidneys. I’m thinking that you’d have to eat a A LOT of it though.
