Contents: lemons, purple collards, fresh thyme, salad greens, tea herbs.
Tea herbs include: lavender and mint. Every morning I ease into the day with a cup of hot tea. I snip a sprig of mint and a single lavender flower, with stem to make it easy to pull out before drinking. I then pour boiling water over the herbs, and enjoy the feeling that I’m doing something good for my body and mind!
Lavender is well known for its calming properties and mint mellows the strength of the lavender. Try it and let me know what you think!

  1. This is to let everyone know the lavendar & mint tea is one of my favorite things I look forward to on french toast fridays! great idea try it you will like it!
