Collard rolls

One yardenbox recipient uses her collard greens as a lettuce or cabbage substitute for making rolls. She simply places a portion of rice or some other yummy mix in the center of a dark green leaf and rolls it up. Even her kids are rolling collards AND eating it! I bow to her culinary ingenuity for her kids in the kitchen!
