Contents: swiss chard, beet greens, salad greens (includes cilantro, parsley, babies lettuce, russian kale, arugula), flowers, and red sorrel.
I encourage the Swiss chard owner to spray each side of the leaves and bake at 350F for a few minutes for crispy, green chips!
