This week’s yardenbox contains lemons, grapefruit, Swiss chard, and fresh flowers.
All are organically and locally grown and freshly picked(often the morning of!)
Swiss chard is a versatile vegetable in the Goosefoot family. While I’m not a fan of eating it raw, I love to add it to eggs, soups, and stir frys.
